I have getterd my best tips and tricks from my own experience as an art student and as a art teacher. As you will see and read its clearly a expressionistic point of view. And remember im often talking about 1-15 minutes poses maximum.
This pose, standing and in profile is one of the hardest pose to draw. Because you have almost nothing to grab on to when you begin. But there is always a kind of “zick-zack” pattern, or some call it the “S”-curve in the body. Can you se it? Make use of that! People tend to draw to smal feet (I do the opposite but thats another story). Dont do that! Draw them big so the model stand balanced.
